i'm very angry now.

i sent my phone for repair on the 7th.

Now it's already the 20th yet my phone is not back.

i dropped a mail to stated that i'm VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THE WAITING TIME on 17th.

THEY IGNORED MY MAIL.

i drop another mail on 19th STATING I'M BEING IGNORED.

Miracle does happens!

They REPLY ME today,

BUT GIVING ME RUBBISH EXCUSES WHICH MAKE ME DETERMINE TO GET A PROPER EXPLANATION FROM THEM BUT NOT EXCUSES.

YES THEY GIVE ME THEIR 101 LAME REASONS ,

YET IGNORE MY FIRST MAIL AGAIN.

13DAYS YET THEY CANT EVEN REPAIR A DUMB PHONE.I CAN SHIP STUFF FROM US TO SINGAPORE IS ALSO FASTER THEN THEM.

I TOLD THEM DON'T BOTHER TO SET UP ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO IGNORE THEM.

THEY RUIN MY DAY!
