The reasons explain my low tolerance towards poor customer’s service.

I always thought that I’m the only person that has zero tolerance towards poor customer’s service. But I’m proven wrong today. In fact, almost everyone in my family have close to zero tolerance towards it which includes my sisters, my uncles, my aunties and my cousins.

I always meet with ridiculous waitress, sales assistance and etc.

Example: poor customer service at Charles and Keith at Bugis outlet.

The sales assistance tried to pretend to make a phone call when I asked for a stock transfer. Her expression changed totally when I asked her to do that. While pretending to talking on the cordless phone, the phone rang. How the phone could rang when she was making a phone call at that very moment.

The manager gave me a VERY unacceptable reason because the sales assistance was from china so maybe there was a miscommuni

My BCOMM sales gathering call was cancelled. Somehow it wasted my effort use to prepare for it yesterday night.

I got back the all result for common test. I managed to passed all the modules but I didn’t do well.
