Things turn out better at the later part of the day. Classmates managed to cheer me up.
Samsung’s manager finally replied to me. We end the dispute already while he offered to change a new phone for me.

I was not very happy with his reply at first, all he did was apologized .of because I’m unhappy about that, I waited like fool for so long, yet he can’t even give a decent explanation at all. Actually I don’t expect them to called or reply me because they are the tendency to “skip” my feedback. I even made up my mind to make a trip to their outlet tomorrow.

I had never been so pissed off by a company before, until the extent that I even wrote to CASE to complain already. I never sent my phone for repair so many times.
A lesson learnt throughout the whole process. After sales services are very important, I will take note whenever I buy any electronics.

Dad sort give in to me after the argument that we had in the morning. He called around 15-20 times for the whole day. I refused to answer so pretend that I didn’t hear the phone. But after some time, I started to feel guilty.
After he reached home, he pretend to be concern about prince’s food out of the blue. He keep asking me to top up his kibbles while there’s still like half packet and prince don’t really eat kibbles. After a while, everything turn normal as before the argument. back to top?
